How metering works
You are billed for interviews people finished.
Seats cover the people running hiring — recruiters, hiring managers, anyone who needs to open a report. Everything a candidate does is metered instead, at $6 per completed AI interview, because that is the cost that actually scales with how much hiring you are doing.
Coding tasks, panel rooms, assessments and e-signed offers are not metered. Neither are panel guests, however many you invite. A month where you interviewed nobody bills you for seats only.

Questions about billing
- What counts as a completed AI interview?
- One candidate finishing one interview. Abandoned attempts, retakes you did not ask for, and interviews you delete before reading are not billed.
- Do panel guests need a seat?
- No. External interviewers join from a link without an account and never count against your seats, on any plan including the free one.
- What happens if we go over the free plan's 20 interviews?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is charged. Further invitations queue until the next month, or you upgrade and they send immediately.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Two months free on annual seats. Interview usage stays metered monthly either way, so a quiet quarter still costs you a quiet quarter.
- Can we get an invoice and pay by transfer?
- On Growth annual and on Agency, yes. Monthly Growth is card only, to keep the price where it is.
