Live panel interviews

Panel rooms in the browser. No account for guests.

The client-side engineer you borrowed for one hour clicks a link in their inbox and they are in. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, no seat to pay for.

  • Invites and reschedules handled

Google and Microsoft calendars, availability windows, automatic reminders.

  • Structured scorecards

Same rubric for every interviewer, filled during the call, merged into one report.

  • Recorded and transcribed

Searchable within a minute of hanging up, with consent captured up front.

How it works

From availability to a merged scorecard.

  1. Step 01

    Set availability once

Connect Google or Microsoft, set the windows each interviewer is willing to be booked in, and let candidates pick. Reschedules do not need you.

  2. Step 02

    Everyone joins from a link

Internal users are already signed in. Guests click the calendar link and land in the room, with the scorecard beside the video.

  3. Step 03

    Scores merge into the report

Each interviewer fills the same rubric during the call. Their scores merge into the candidate's report alongside the AI round and the coding task.

In the room

Built for the interview, not for the meeting.

  • Structured scorecards

The same rubric for every interviewer, filled during the call while it is fresh, rather than reconstructed from memory two days later.

  • Blind until submitted

Interviewers cannot see each other's scores until they have entered their own. Independent judgements first, discussion second.

  • Recorded and transcribed

Searchable within a minute of hanging up. Jump to the moment someone said the thing you are trying to quote in the debrief.

  • Shared code pad

The same sandbox as the async coding task, live. Run the tests together instead of reading code aloud over a screen share.

  • No seat charge for guests

Bring in a client, a founder, a specialist for one hour. Guests never count against your seats, so nobody is left out to save money.

  • One record per candidate

The panel round lands on the same report as everything else, so the shortlist conversation has all the evidence in one place.

Questions about live interviews

Do external interviewers need an account?
No. Panel guests click the link in their calendar invite and they are in the room. No signup, no password, no seat charge — however many of them you bring in.
What does a guest actually see?
The room, the candidate, and their half of the scorecard. They do not see other interviewers' scores until everyone has submitted, so nobody anchors on the loudest opinion.
Which calendars do you support?
Google and Microsoft. Availability windows, invites, reminders and reschedules are handled from the job, so nobody is copy-pasting times into email.
Is consent for recording handled?
Yes. Consent is captured up front from every participant, per jurisdiction settings, and the room shows a persistent recording indicator while it is on.
