White-label for agencies
Your brand. Our engine.
Your client sees your product. Your candidate gets your invite from your domain. Recruit360 is never named anywhere in the flow.
White-label for agencies
Your brand on every touchpoint.
Logo, colors, domain, email sender. Your client sees your product, your candidate gets your invite, and Recruit360 is never named anywhere in the flow.
Same product, two tenants. The right-hand tenant is a Recruit360 agency account.
Developers
A REST API that does everything the UI does.
Push candidates from your ATS, trigger interviews, pull scored reports. OpenAPI 3.1 spec, scoped API keys, signed webhooks.
- POST /v1/candidates
- POST /v1/interviews
- GET /v1/reports/:id
- POST /v1/offers/:id/send
Webhooks
HMAC-signed, retried with backoff for 24 hours, replayable from the dashboard.
The economics
What screening costs you now, and after.
A consultant screening forty candidates for one role spends roughly twenty hours on calls that mostly end in no. That is the time that was supposed to go into client relationships and closing.
Twenty hours become two.
Every applicant is interviewed and scored without a consultant in the room. The two hours left are spent on the shortlist, where the judgement actually matters.
Shortlists go out on day two, not day nine.
Speed is the whole product in agency recruitment. A client who gets three evidenced candidates within forty-eight hours does not call your competitor.
The deliverable looks like yours.
A branded report your client can forward internally is a better artefact than an email with three CVs attached, and it is the thing they remember at renewal.
What you control
Branding that goes all the way down.
Domain and certificate
hire.youragency.co.uk, with your certificate. Candidates never leave your domain, from the invitation link to the finished interview.
Email sender
DKIM and SPF on your domain, so invitations land in the inbox and reply to you. Templates are yours to edit, per client if you want.
Logo and palette
Set per agency account and applied to every candidate and client touchpoint — the app, the emails, the reports and the PDFs.
Client workspaces
One tenant per client with its own rubrics, users and data boundary. You see across all of them; they see only their own.
Reports as deliverables
Export a branded PDF shortlist your client can forward internally, with the evidence intact and none of your tooling on display.
API and webhooks
Push candidates in from your existing ATS and pull scored reports back out, so this slots into the workflow you already have.
What we will put in writing
We are not going to pretend the AI decides. It reads every answer, scores it against your rubric, and shows you where it got each number. What it buys you is the forty screening calls you were never going to enjoy — and the two days you get back on every shortlist.
Questions agencies ask first
- Is Recruit360 named anywhere the client can see?
- No. Not in the UI, not in the invitation emails, not in the exported reports, not in the URL. Your subdomain, your certificate, your sending domain.
- How are clients kept separate?
- One workspace per client, each with its own rubrics, users, jobs and data boundary. A user in one client workspace cannot see another, and you sit above all of them.
- How does billing work for an agency?
- You are billed once, at volume interview pricing, and you can attribute usage per client workspace for your own invoicing. What you charge your client is between you and them.
- Can we migrate candidates from our current ATS?
- Yes — CSV import for a one-off move, or the REST API if you want to keep both systems in step during a transition. Reports can be pushed back to your ATS by webhook.
- What happens if we leave?
- Export everything — candidates, transcripts, recordings, scores and reports — in open formats, and we delete on confirmation. No exit fee and no hostage-taking of your own data.
