For candidates

You have been sent an interview link. Here is what happens.

No sales pitch on this page. Just what the interview involves, what is recorded, how your data is used, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

Before you start

  1. Step 01

    Check the basics

A quiet-ish room, a working microphone, and about the time the invitation says. The device check at the start tells you if anything is wrong before the questions begin.

  2. Step 02

    Answer out loud

You will see each question and answer it into the camera. There is thinking time before each one, and you can see how many questions are left.

  3. Step 03

Submit and get on with your day

There is nothing to schedule afterwards. The employer gets the result; if they want to speak to you, they will get in touch.

What is recorded

Video and audio of your answers.

Only while a question is active. You are told before recording starts, an indicator stays visible while it is on, and consent is asked for up front.

Some signals about how you took it.

Whether the tab lost focus, whether text was pasted, and how long each answer took. These are shown to the employer as facts with timestamps, not as accusations.

Your code, if there is a coding task.

The final solution, the test results, and a replay of how you got there. Employers use it to see your process rather than only the finished answer.

Nothing else.

No browsing history, no screen outside the tab, no keystrokes in other applications, nothing before you started or after you finished.

Your rights over this data

The employer is the data controller; Recruit360 processes the interview on their behalf. You can ask either of us for a copy of what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.

A decision about your application is always made by a person. The scoring is evidence put in front of them — it is not an automated rejection, and you can ask the employer how the decision was reached.

Write to hello@recruit360.co and we will answer within five working days.

Questions candidates ask

Do I need to install anything?
No. One link, any modern browser, on a laptop or a phone. The coding task, if there is one, runs in the same tab.
Can I redo an answer?
That depends on the employer, and the interview tells you before you start. Where retakes are allowed, every attempt is kept — nothing is quietly overwritten.
What if my camera or connection fails?
The interview continues audio-only if the camera is unavailable, and your answers are saved locally as you go, so a dropped connection does not lose what you already said.
Who sees my recording?
The people hiring for that role, at that employer. It is not shared with other employers, not used to train models, and not sold. Ever.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes. Email hello@recruit360.co from the address you applied with. Recordings, transcripts and scores are deleted together, and we confirm when it is done.
I need an adjustment for a disability.
Ask before you start and it will be arranged — extra time, a live interview instead of a recorded one, or a different task format. Email hello@recruit360.co or reply to your invitation.
